El buscador chino de Internet Baidu tendrá que pagar 4.646 euros a una empresa china de logística por facilitar enlaces a páginas web que promocionaban negocios en su nombre de forma ilegal, según informa hoy diario Shanghai Daily.

[西班牙《国家报》] 《上海日报》消息，互联网中文搜索引擎baidu将不得不付给一家中国物流企业4646欧元来疏通网页链接，而此前这些网页一直以非法形式推广市场。

La compañía demandó a Baidu por violación de marca registrada y competencia desleal, ya que la columna promocional donde aparecían los enlaces es un servicio de pago del buscador, que se defendió argumentando que no puede responsabilizarse de los contenidos de otras páginas web. Sin embargo, los tribunales decidieron que el buscador no prestó suficiente atención a si las páginas de sus clientes violaban o no los intereses de terceros.

WHEN Taiwan's new president, Ma Ying-jeou, made his inaugural speech on May 20th, he was listened to closely not just by the voters who elected him in March but by the Chinese government. It was a foretaste of the job he has taken on. Central to the task will be to balance the pursuit of better China ties with safeguarding Taiwan's sovereignty.

He courted local opinion, too, by praising the island's four centuries of history and its new, vibrant democracy. But he distanced himself from Mr Chen's confrontational policy towards the mainland.

Mr Ma reaffirmed the “1992 consensus” with China, under which both sides agree to accept there is “one China”, but differ over how to define it. In other words, the dispute over sovereignty is set aside in the interests of better relations. So he is committing himself to the maintenance of the present limbo, of Taiwan's de facto but not de jure independence. He urged China to “seize the historic opportunity to achieve peace and co-prosperity”. Two days later a senior Chinese official gushed about the “major positive changes” in relations with Taiwan. Mr Ma's campaign made much of the economic benefits of better relations with China.

Cross-strait talks should resume next month. In early July non-stop charter flights between the mainland and Taiwan are to start, and the first mainland tourists should arrive. But Mr Ma says he also wants to see progress on the space China allows Taiwan in the international arena. He may have a long wait. On the eve of his inauguration, Taiwan was again blocked by China from becoming an observer at the World Health Assembly in Geneva.

China is delighted to see the back of the DPP, preferring to deal with its former nemesis, Mr Ma's governing party, the Kuomintang or KMT. But the KMT is split over its approach to the Communists, which may cripple the government's authority in cross-strait talks. China is a past-master of divide-and-rule strategies.

Un deuil national pour une catastrophe naturelle est une première en Chine. Le relais de la torche olympique et toutes les festivités publiques ont été suspendus pendant trois jours. Dès le lever du soleil, le drapeau rouge aux cinq étoiles jaunes, emblème de la République populaire de Chine, a été hissé par des soldats sur la place Tiananmen, au coeur de Pékin, face au portrait géant de Mao, puis baissé à mi-mât pour le laisser en berne. Cette scène s'est répétée dans tout le pays, mais aussi dans les missions diplomatiques chinoises à l'étranger et à Hong Kong. Les journaux et les sites Internet de toute la Chine ont tenu à s'associer au deuil en renonçant à la couleur et en adoptant le noir et blanc. Ainsi, le journal Beijing Times a fait sa une toute en noir, avec sous la photo d'une bougie, ces simples mots: "Jour de deuil" accompagné du nombre de morts. 813 millions d'euros de dons récoltés 数亿捐款

虽然面试很惨很失败，还是要总结一下下。火车上一夜未眠和“很慢很磕巴”有多大关系尚不得知；但以往的经验是乘车一段时间之后，混沌的大脑反而可以更胜任口译，不知是不是晕车刺激了大脑的语言中枢；但缺觉无疑应该是每个口译员的大敌。不过面试官说的很对很受用：要适应出差，长途旅行之后的困顿不是借口。面试之前反复看的公司产品简介丝毫没用上，现在还能记起来的：lyophilization 冻干法

 

还有，“视译”好像远比“听译”费劲得多。每次听译时好像都是：每当说话者话音未落我就开始传译时，效果都很好很不错；然而每当我听完甚至听懂说话者的一番话时，有时脑子里突然一片空白，全忘了要译什么。也许大脑适合三心二意？然而今朝所做的视译，英（或法）译汉我还做过，汉译英ms我绝少尝试。当时就感觉，眼帘所映汉字语辞在脑海中毫无英文投射，完全不在状态。如今已然清醒，可视译起来依然笨拙，难道是吾之死穴？

 

还有，每当我耳听得流利英文时，自己的口条仿佛也柔顺自如，妙语连珠；每当听到口音浓重之清（或某）国历史（Chinglish or Xglish），我也自身难保起来。难道听力真的这么重要？

 

国家统计局总经济师姚景源昨日在北京大学表示，今年物价指数涨幅控制在4.8%比较困难，难度很大。
